Position SummaryADM has initiated a business transformation program called 1ADM. In connection with new processes and systems being designed, built, and implemented by the program, the Risk and Controls team is looking for an individual who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the appropriate technical security strategy. This includes ERP application security and configuration security. The role will help to ensure that sufficient and proper controls are in place, documented, tested, and operating effectively prior to system implementation.
These controls include IT General Controls, Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) controls, and other application or operating controls. One of the overall goals of the transformation program is improved controls, both from an effectively and efficiency perspective.
ADM desires to expand the use of automated controls, and more preventative type controls relative to detective type controls.
Experience+/- 4 years professional experience Job Requirements Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology or other related fieldStrong understanding of controls are they relate to restricted access, Segregation of Duties, infrastructure security and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX).Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills to develop support and engagement from various stakeholdersAbility to function independently in a deadline-oriented environmentAbility to provide creative solutions and strong organizational skillsAbility to identify technical controls from designed business processDependable with a strong desire to learn and contribute to team effortsAbility to handle multiple priorities, work under time constraints, and meet deadlinesExperience with Oracle products such as JD Edwards ERP and Oracle databases is a plusSome travel required.Responsibilities Communicate security and infrastructure strategies and solutions across multiple departments and process teams within the organization and projectFacilitate the process for designing and implementing security and infrastructure controlsDesign and implement technical and security controlsDesign and implement I.T. General Controls (ITGCs) Collaborate on system and data securityDevelop controls and security cutover testing plansEnsure relevant Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) documentation is current and completeValidate restricted access and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.
