Position Summary: We are looking for a self-motivated and qualified employee to assist in various stages of the marketing, communication, and management of customer support for the ADM FarmView and GrainBridge proprietary software. We offer a unique software to farmers, agricultural businesses, high schools, and colleges which provides innovative solutions for agriculture risk management.
The qualified candidate should be prepared to work in a team environment while having the opportunity to assist in and learn various aspects of ongoing customer support. Acting as a liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our software solutions according to customer needs and providing a best in class customer experience. The ideal candidate will be able to identify customer needs and exceed customer expectations. Job Responsibilities:
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to assigned customers Assist in the creation of email campaignsProvide webinar demonstrations to prospective users of software solutionsAssist in the continual updating of online reference materialAssist in the set-up of new individual and business accountsPerform outreach to current software users to gain insight in the use of the softwareAssist in the operational testing of new enhancements and modules of the softwarePerform analysis of marketing and account dataUpdate and maintain contact information into CRMMonitor online industry related articles Assist in the management of social media postings, and other electronic outreach; including the writing of blog postsForecast and track key account metrics associated with customer engagement, including performing analysis of keyword utilization of online advertisingPrepare reports and presentations of the status on assigned accountsAdditional duties as assigned Job Requirements:
An agriculture background and experience is preferredBachelor?s degree preferredMarketing and/or communications experience is a plusDemonstrated attention to detailStrong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills is essentialAbility to confidently present to large groups, webinars and in one-on-one discussionsSuccessfully relates to and works well within diverse groupsTravel of 25%-40% requiredRelocation assistance is not available with this position.
