Worth, TX (1900218) Where the Chemistry HappensWe are seeking a professional like you to focus on the customer experience and driving profitable growth. You will bring specific application, industry, and market knowledge to understand the diverse markets where we play and build trusting and satisfying customer relationships. You will support the Dallas and Fort Worth markets, working with automotive refinish paint customers to grow our market share.Formula for SuccessLeveraging your education and experience in sales, technical service, or a customer-facing role, you will provide customer support to both distributors and collision centers by training, providing product demonstrations, trouble-shooting, and color matching.Successfully engaging across the organization, you will communicate across the Automotive Refinish organization to drive customer retention, competitive conversions, improved product performance and development of new products.Using your technical troubleshooting aptitude and passion for innovation, you will work with our R&D lab to identify and solve product complaints – a critical aspect of the position.
