Wehave big goals for our Automotive Refinish group and we?re working hard tobecome the top provider of automotive refinish coatings. We are seeking a professional like you to supportour Automotive Refinish Technologies group. You will work with automotive collision repair shop customers to growour market share.  You will be responsible to sell BASF automotiverefinish products and services along with all associated products needed tosupport our collision center customers.  In return for innovating andpushing yourself and your team to be the best every day, you will have youraccomplishments recognized and rewarded, get amazing growth opportunities, andknow firsthand what it feels like to be surrounded by a global network of otherbrilliant colleagues.Formulafor Success  ?     Leveragingyour education and professional experience in Sales and/or Marketing, you willexecute the business strategy and drive sales growth in the local marketsthrough identifying customer and market needs within assigned marketresponsibility. ?     Demonstratingyour strong interpersonal skills, you will increase sales growth by developingmarket potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, closingsales and recommending new products and services. ?     Yourrobust relationship building skills will be a valued asset as you manageexisting relationships and develop new ones. Using your extensive experience in theautomotive refinish experience or in a related sales    field will help you establish trust andvalue in our ever-changing industry.Create Your Own Chemistry: What We Offer You Adding value to our customers begins with addingvalue to you.
