SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the following: data entry; printing and distribution of the daily Time and Attendance records for the hourly Team Members; assisting supervisors with payroll issues; tracking of Holiday records forthe hourly Team Members; cross training and coverage of other areas in the department; filing and maintaining payroll records per the company retention process; various duties and functions as requested. REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience: 2+ years computer experience preferred; data entry experience preferred. Computer Skills: Basic computer skills including using a Tyson business Computer System; an understanding of the systemfeatures and how to use these features; knowledge of Outlook, Excel, HRIS, and SAP preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. PHYSICAL DEMANDS & REQUIREMENTS: Lifting: Team member will be required tolift a box of blank computer paper that weighs approximately 20 pounds; Reaching: may be required to reach for files/folders in a filing cabinet. All reaches are below shoulder level and within the acceptable range; Standing: Work area isaccessible by stairs equipped with a railing; required to sit for the duration of the shift; Force: low force is required when performing this job. The use of both hands is required when performing this job. Temperature of the office can range from 60 degrees to 80 degrees. HOURS: Daytime hours whenever the plant is operational but does require flexibility as there are a few days where start time may need to be as early as 3:00 AM to meet the payroll deadlines around the holidays.
