Position Summary: The Oilseeds Controlling team is seeking a Manager for a role in the Decatur corporate office.
This successful candidate for the position will play a key leadership role within the group, by working closely with the NA Oilseeds Controller and Global Group Controller and be involved in reviewing and enhancing global controls and processes. This position will also assist in integration of Oilseeds acquisitions and other projects both within Oilseeds and elsewhere in the company when needed. This position offers the opportunity for significant company-wide networking and to work within a strong team environment and support colleagues in the commercial and operations areas. Job Requirements: Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or Finance related field5 years minimum of ADM accounting experience, or equivalentStrong analytical abilities, initiative and problem solving skills necessary to adapt to a rapidly changing multi-location environmentAbility to learn quickly and produce results, sometimes under pressure due to impending deadlinesEffective oral and written communication skills as well as ability to interface with various levels of office, elevator and plant managementProficient using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access)Ability to effectively use IBM systems (IVGO, OPGO, APGO, FCGO, etc.)Experience with Agris, Microsoft Power BI,
