Accounting Centers of Excellence, groups organized by process, increase efficiency and effectiveness by standardizing, simplifying, centralizing, and installing a service mindset to become a strategic partner to the businesses.

Performance reviews are held according to ADM?s performance review process. However, ongoing and open dialogue between managers and their staff is highly encouraged. Job Responsibilities:
Complete and review monthly accounting work per US GAAP guidelines and perform relevant analysisComplete annual review/revision of Key Financial Controls (SOX requirements) and process flows and work to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controlsWork with relevant business partners to provide insight and analysis into financial resultsReview, prepare, and analyze financial statements and/or supporting schedules Supervise accounting staffReview and approve work performed by accounting staffAbility to perform quarterly analysis and reporting
Bachelor?s degree in accounting5+ years of accounting experiencePrior supervisory experience a plusStrong analytical abilities, initiative and problem solving skillsStrong oral and communication skills as well as the ability to interface with various levels of managementSelf-motivated with the ability to make independent decisionsAbility to contribute in a team environmentProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and large ERP systems a plusAbility to travel as neededRelocation assistance is available with this position.This position offers a complete benefit package, including 401K/ESOP, pension, health, life and dental insurance.
