You will own your own work and find innovative ways to deliver on our vision of feeding the world responsibly while working along beside 15,000 people around the globe who care about you.Position Title:Administrative CoordinatorDepartment:Findlay Retail BranchReports to:Findlay ManagerPosition Summary: This position is responsible for clerical support for the Findlay, OH office employees and customers.Major Duties and Responsibilities:- Processes sales (customer) orders and invoices- Processes customer/vendor invoices (ARS system, mailing, filing, etc.)- Processes Accounts Receivable (applies payments/financing – prepay, cash, and checks)- Track prepay dollars and quantities, enter Early Order Program orders- Maintains grower accounts – researches/answers questions for customers and sales staff- Key various financing program entries- Assists with inventory movement (incoming/outgoing)
orders inventory from various vendors/locations as directed; generates product requests, purchase orders, stock transfers, receivers, and inventory adjustments- Track shuttle movement and log repack chemicals- Maintain scale log for various products- Assist with seed ordering- Generates required ARS reports- Process Accounts Payable
validates vendor and freight invoices, codes, and scans in ARS/Cass for payment- Assists with Fleetwave reporting and vehicle credit cards- Maintains confidential records/files- Branch records management- Accounts for petty cash and expense reports- Assists with annual branch count and preparation- Keys Findlay payroll- Keys online reporting
Asmark, contracts, state licensing/compliance- Processes required safety reporting/compliance- Answers the telephone, greets visitors- Orders office supplies and forms as necessary- Assists with office housekeeping- Performs various other duties, as assignedThe Ideal CandidateOutside of the skills and necessary qualifications, our ideal candidate must be committed to achieving superior results with integrity and sustaining our safe and positive work environment while having the ability to embrace working side by side others in a diverse culture.Skills- Strong communication skills – interpersonal, verbal, and written- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment while maintaining a professional image with a positive and pleasant personality- Ability to work independently/self-starter
