In many ways this position is the face of our Group when it comes to new hires at the Wayzata office.
This position is responsible for Onboarding new hires.
This includes working with senior leaders for new hire calendars, any IT requirements, expense reporting initialization and general access.
This position will help coordinate local interviews and be the local representative for resource inquiries.
The individual will embrace a strong team philosophy through modeling Cargill?s leadership expectations, championing our safety goals, and other standards and by providing assistance throughout the location as needed to support the company's mission and vision.
Additional responsibilities include administrative support activities to selected Group Leaders.
These support activities could include; event coordination, meeting note-taking, complex and routine calendar management, travel arrangement (including international), expense report creations and submission, mail management, coordination with Communications Director on key site and business communications, updating PDLs and special project work as needed (e.g. Engagement, Community Relations and Recognition events / activities).

Required Qualifications: ? High School Degree or GED equivalent.? 3+ years administrative supporting senior-level executives or 5+ years of general administration experience.? Experience in Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.Success Factors: ? Superior verbal and written communication skills.? Excellent organizational and time management skills.? Strong attention to detail.? Ability to work in fast-paced environment.? Ability to multi-task effectively.Preferred Qualifications: ? Experience in Microsoft Visio.? Experience working in a large, matrixed corporate environment.? Experience coordinating large meetings, including WebEx virtual meetings and teleconference.
