Administrative Assistant 4 – Nutrient Management
Job DescriptionSummary: ?Performs bi-weekly payroll operations while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. Follows processing and audit procedures while applying company policies and governmental agencies rules, laws and regulations. Produces and updates reports and correspondence for management and staff. Maintain records, files, history, and regulatory documentation required by management and for legal compliance. Assist with the Livestock Waste Management System (LWMS), a customized internal environmental recordkeeping system.?Schedule: ?Monday-Friday. Flexible workdays and hours as required due to the nature of the job, (Payroll deadlines, holidays, environmental conditions, etc).?Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Communicate / Coordinate with assigned divisional Human Resource RepsCollect / Review payroll input data, applying company policies and proceduresPayroll Processing / ReportingProvides routine reports to management and staff on LWMSPrepares weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on irrigation, financial summaries and activities relevant to the operationsCreates reports, charts, graphs from internet sourcesParticipates in the generation of information and reports for special projects assigned by managementResearch / Filing and perform all other Clerical Duties assignedComplies with all Company guidelines/policies for all employees, Livestock Waste Management System (LWMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), Biosecurity System, and Safety Program (IPS)?Skills and Specifications:Ability to work with and maintain confidential information / strong work ethicWorking knowledge of E1/CAMAdvanced proficiency in Windows, EXCEL, MS Word, Visio, Outlook && Google AppsMust have a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and follow throughStrong organizational / prioritizing skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsTime management / ability to Multi-taskStrong Analytical / Problem solving skillsWork in a team environment and also independently with limited supervisionAbility to cope and deliver under pressure / adhere to tight deadlines?Education/Experience Requirements:Two years of college or equivalent experience preferredEqual Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Females, Protected Veterans and Individuals with DisabilitiesApply for this job.
