Role purpose Provide executive level administrative support to CU Head, Marketing Team, Sales Representatives, District Managers, Agronomy Manager and other members of the S&EC Commercial Unit team efficiently and effectively with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy.This role includes a broad range of duties including general administrative duties, receptionist duties, processing travel requests, PO creation/invoice payments, coordinating meetings and creating various business related reports.Exact duties vary.
AccountabilitiesThis role will need to effectively perform the following duties:Maintain and order office supplies, stationery items, business cards, copier supplies, HP ordersCoordinate hotel reservations and meeting arrangementsProcess telephone system changes and updatesProcess demo and sample ordersCreate Purchase Orders, Payment Request Forms and pay invoices for all CU personnelAssist Sales Reps, DM, etc with invites, mailings, etc.Maintain accurate price list for CU and electronic copies of Price AnnouncementsProvide general administrative assistance and perform various tasks for office personnel, field and others as neededMaintain and update office equipmentMaintain personnel listsForwarding of SRNs to appropriate districts and maintaining electronic copies Processing security keypad updates / changesCreate/generate various reports (SOE/daily orders/etc.)IT liaison for CUProactively maintain CU calendar with deadlines, meeting dates and other CU related items.Other duties as neededSkills:
Knowledge, experience & capabilities
Critical knowledgeHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Knowledge of organizational structures, processes and proceduresStrong computer-related background and experience; including Microsoft Office
PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
Critical experienceMinimum of 5 years relevant administrative experience required, including applied use of computersExtensive large and small event/meeting coordination experience requiredCritical technical, professional and personal capabilitiesAbility to interact with all levels of management and department Ability to offer support across the department, with the capacity to prioritize across multiple requestsAttention to detail and exceptional organizational and time management skillsAbility to prioritize multiple tasks and activities while working under deadlinesDemonstrate diplomacy in dealings with others and working in a team environmentProficient in Microsoft Office; ability to learn new applications as assignedAdvanced problem solving and good judgment skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to handle confidential and potentially sensitive informationStrong interpersonal skillsExcellent telephone and customer service skills Innovative, decisive, trusted, results-oriented, and team orientedAccuracy and dependability requiredSalesforce.com knowledge a plus

Additional informationAll applicants must be eligible to work in the US.Two years current position preferred. Candidates who have been in their current position a minimum of one year will be considered if they have the approval of their current business unit leader and hiring business unit leader.
