Administrative Assistant, Global AccountsADM WFSI This is a full time, non exempt position
MAIN FUNCTION: The administrative assistant will be responsive, hands-on, resourceful, and possess a strong work ethic and professional persona.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK PERFORMED:
Schedule and organize complex activities such as meetings, travel (domestic/international), and other activities.Assist the Sales VPs and Global Account Directors in the management of their schedule, including extensive calendar management, meeting coordination (which may include verifying presenter(s) and/or agenda(s) as well as serving as a meeting/event coordinator), travel arrangements, generating and being responsible for accuracy of expense reporting.Handle confidential and non-routine information.Work independently and within a team on special and nonrecurring and ongoing projects.
Act as a project manager for special projects, at the request of the Sales VPs and Global Account Directors which may include planning and coordinating multiple events and presentations.Coordinate customer visits ? food, travel arrangements, gift bags.Perform a variety of responsibilities, ranging from routine to complex, while maintaining a calm and confident persona.Ensure confidentiality on matters related to these offices.
