In their role as an Administrative Associate, this position provides administrative support for the Director R&D Operations & Site Services and the Site Services teams to include: Invoice processing and monitoring of budgets and forecasts using SAPAssistance in organizing site tours for visitorsSupport the organization and execution of site emergency response plans and proceduresMeeting coordination, scheduling and book room reservationsArrange catering servicesProcess AccessIT and myLink requests in onboarding new hires and contingent workersBook domestic and international travel reservations, hotel accommodations and transportationMaintain office supply inventory and procurementProcess expense reports and accounts payables and invoice reconciliation Prepare memos, correspondence, and meeting minutes; distribute site-wide announcementsMaintain records in a secure and retrievable mannerPerform and follow-up on various projects and administrative functions for Site Services requiring both specific and general administrative knowledgeProvide documentation support using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint Create Your Own Chemistry: What We Offer You?
