Administrative Coordinator

DuPont Pioneer has a current opening for an Administrative Coordinator to support our Global Commercial Effectiveness Director as well as a VP of DuPont Pioneer in Johnston, IA. This position requires work with confidential and sensitive information requiring discretion, independent judgment and prioritization skills. We are seeking an experienced Administrative professional with the ability to handle diverse requests.
 
This position will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
Plans, coordinates and leads
assigned initiatives or special projects which may require the research
and analysis of information. Interprets and organizes data in the
preparation of reports, spreadsheets or presentations.Performs complex, specialized
duties with minimal supervision.Coordinates, tracks, reports
and performs basic analysis of data. Coordinates larger meetings
with attendees from mixed geographiesEdits, prepares, and issues
complex memos, letters, reports, graphics, presentations that do not
require supervisor's attention.May supervise or lead the work
of other employees in accomplishing administrative responsibilities. Maintains and prioritizes
calendar invitations and meeting requests on behalf of manager's
schedule. Works on problems requiring
resourcefulness, technical expertise and well-established internal and
external networks, often across multiple countries or cultures.Maintains confidential material
relevant to Leadership Meetings on Server that has limited access.Requires excellent
communication skills to work with a diverse set of employees across multiple
locations.Will attend some meetings, take
and distribute notes.Assists with the maintenance of
department budget.  May process time summaries, process
invoices, or perform other related administrative duties.Will work in close
collaboration with lead administrative support for Pioneer leadership team
members as well as with executive assistant peers within the DuPont
corporate office. Qualifications:In order to be qualified for this role, the following is required: 
Associate's degree in business
administration or equivalent5-10 years of experience in an
Administrative roleExcellent computer skills
including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.  Good interpersonal skills to
coordinate across the Pioneer organizationMeeting planning/coordinating
experienceCalendaring experienceExperience with budgets and
expense reportsExperience with coordinating
travel and travel management systemsAbility to manage confidential
information

executives
