Skills:
Position Purpose:Do you enjoy being the “Go To” person? Is multi-tasking and making-things-happen your passion?If so, you may enjoy being an Administrative Coordinator in our Purina Animal Nutrition manufacturing plant.Your focus would be production reporting, inventory management, coordinating deliveries and pick-ups, and involvement in office procedures that facilitate the production floor. You will also actively participate in safety and quality programs in the plant.
Experience/Education (Required): High school/GED and 2+ year of office experience.
Competencies-Skills (Required): Ability to be pro-active and also work both independently and collaboratively, while supporting multiple team members.
Must have a process-improvement mindset.
Effective verbal and written communication skills – keeping team members updated on status of requests.
Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to create Excel spreadsheets with basic math and graphs.
Ability to work under pressure to meet multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
Must maintain a high level of quality and confidentiality.
(EXPERIENCE – PREFERRED): – Admin certification or 2 year accy degree is preferred or equivalent work experience.
