With a global value chain that includes more than 460 crop procurement locations, 300 ingredient manufacturing facilities, 40 innovation centers and the world?s premier crop transportation network, we connect the harvest to the home, making products for food, animal feed, chemical and energy uses.The Administrative Supervisor is responsible for management level functions associated with record keeping and data for hourly and salaried colleagues of Golden Peanut & Tree Nuts, Pecans – North America.
Duties include tracking and gathering various employee related data and assisting with functions like payroll, recruiting, and record keeping. Responsibilities, Duties and Job Expectations-
Weekly payroll administration (timecards, verification of data)-
Assist employees with questions regarding benefits administration-
Perform all in-house drug testing-
Responsible for posting position openings, conducting/coordinating interviews
and the onboarding process.-
Liaison with the temporary staffing agency; manage active staffing plan.-
Provide initial training of temporary staff on work rules, attendance and conduct.-
Serve has location Records Management Custodian.-
Monitor location?s required posters, ensuring compliance with state and federal
law and ADM requirements.-
Assist management with responses to Georgia Department of Labor regarding
unemployment benefits/hearings.-
Maintenance of attendance point program-
Calculate and report labor cost on a daily and weekly basis; ensuring all data in
reports is accurate.-
Compile headcount and work hours monthly for Accounting and Safety
management.-
Maintain employee contact and emergency contact information-
Conduct annual required awareness trainings and maintain completion database.-
Other duties as assigned. Qualifications-
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience-
Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment and decision making-
Ability to monitor large amount of active data, ensuring accuracy and completion
of time sensitive tasks.-
Good organization, prioritizing and communication skills (verbal and written)-
Willingness to adapt to changing workload priorities to support overall deadlines-
Experience at working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment This position offers a complete benefit package, including 401K/ESOP, pension, health, life and dental insurance.ADM requires the successful completion of a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background check.
