Maintains files, SharePoint pages, AGLicenses email and other duties as assigned.Key Tasks:Oversees all agricultural license renewals and new license applicationsManages acquisition and greenfield licenses with M&A departmentWill work on development and implementation of new license softwareLead for communication through Aglicenses shared email box, coordinating communication with teamCommunication with branches and divisions providing customer support on licensesCoordinates with State Regulatory agencies to ensure compliant retail licensesOversees any license reporting needs for regulatory team and retail locationsProvides letters of assurance and guaranty to customers as requested by field and retail location staffTeam meeting supportSome travel requiredSkills:Ability to work independently or as a team.Able to engage in multiple initiatives with attention to detail.Exceptional organization skills with the ability to self-start on new tasks.Willingness to learn, teach and share information with teammates, peers, and management.Exceptional communication skills with a strong customer service attitude.Results driven.Qualifications:High school diploma required.
