Excellent schools!The Opportunity:In this role you will have responsible for implementing company programs, policies and other directives to maximize the effectiveness of our company’s product support initiative to our wholesale dealers and retail end-user customers, specifically relating to service parts. You will promote parts wholesale and retail sales programs to achieve retail goals while maximizing inventory turns.You will maintain positive company/dealer and company/customer relations.This position is a key relationship contact between our company and its dealers and customers. The position reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing. This position will have supervisory responsibilities of the Parts Sales/Customer Service Specialists.Do you have what it takes?Proven and documented parts sales and management success in Agricultural Equipment Field. (Must have managed $10mm plus parts business (Prefer OEM, but will consider someone from large dealership operation)Must have a passion for the parts business and endorse the concept of the right part at the right timeMust have an excellent customer service and product support backgroundMust have outstanding leadership abilities (Preference for prior sales leadership experience)Proven ability to complete projects, improve processes, and drive resultsMust understand turns, fill rates, MRP, inventory management, purchasing, marketingThis position is available immediately for the right professional.
