Ag Loan Market Leader
My client is looking for a proven salesmen/producer from any of the following areas: Agriculture Lending, Agronomy Sales, Ag Insurance Sales, or Agricultural Equipment Sales. This is a straight business development role, where the only collateral looked at is “this year”s crop”. My client takes a very hands-on approach with each customer, and provides an incredibly lucrative opportunity for the right person. Greater experience is welcome, and will qualify for greater compensation. Background Preferences:* 4+ years of Agriculture lending, Agronomy sales, or Equipment sales experience. * Proven track record of being able to produce and develop new business. * Knowledge of how to underwrite a loan would been as a major plus but not required.* Ties to the surrounding area is preferred, but not required. * Ability to work independently. * Agriculture background. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * 4 year degree in related field preferred, but not required.* Clean driving record.
