DescriptionRole SummaryThis position will bea servant leader position to multiple product and platform teams at CortevaAgriscience. This leader will educate, mentor and guide teams to implement anAgile strategy. They will partner with development teams to deliver productobjectives through iterative delivery; working with Scrum Masters, DeliveryLeads and teams to continuously improve our Agile practice at CortevaKey Responsibilities& AccountabilitiesEducate employees atall levels on Agile principles, providing them with tools for implementing theprocess in their own workProvide training on valuableAgile skills that lead toward the organization-wide adoption of AgilemethodologiesMentor and guideteams into the Agile methodologyResponsible fordesigning a strategy for the organizational adoption of AgileImplement Agileprocess, principles and practices across all levels and departments in anorganization. Work with ScrumMasters, Agile Leads and teams to continuously improve our Agile practice atCortevaPerform assessmentsfor teams on a regular scheduleProvide training ofthe Agile Manifesto and promote the 12 Agile principles for continuousimprovementEstablish assessmenttools for teams, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, and Agile CoachesServe as a resourcefor the Corteva Agile Playbook and as an active member of Agile Communityevents at CortevaCreate and growcommunities of interest and practicePartner withdevelopment teams to deliver project objectives through iterative delivery byoffering expertise in addressing blockers and dependency resolutionContribute tocontinuous improvement and drive product quality and engineering velocityUse iterationmanagement to deliver demonstratable results every sprintQualificationsPosition RequirementsCertified Scrum Master,PMI-ACP, CSP, CSPO, Certified Team Coach, Certified Enterprise Coach, CertifiedScrum Trainer and/or PMP certification a plusProject ManagementSkills leveraging industry standard Agile/SCRUM methodologiesFamiliarity withAgile Management tools like JIRA, VSTS, TFS, etc.Experience working ona team delivering a customer facing productAbility to functionand manage in a matrix-ed environmentExcellentcommunication (oral and written) and collaboration skillsExperience in leadingand managing large Agile programs and projects, including extensive experiencein managing software development and system deploymentsExperience inconducting Agile team trainingExperience and EducationRequirements5-10 years of experiencein a Scrum Master roleBachelors degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering,or related fieldMBA a plus*LI-MA1Apply for this job.
