Agricultural Sales Professional GYPSOIL (www.GYPSOIL.com) is seeking truly outstanding agricultural sales professionals to help us change production agriculture in the U.S. We are now in 22 states and growing rapidly. GYPSOIL improves soil structure, water infiltration, nutrient efficiency and root development. It is also a great source of sulfur and calcium. The Territory Manager role is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an exciting new agricultural trend within a rapidly-growing company. Responsibilities will include Increasing awareness of GYPSOIL s value propositionImplementing marketing and pricing programs within the assigned territoryGenerating demand for our products through strong relationships with ag input retailers, distributors and large farmersEnsuring the availability and timely application of our products through strong relationships with our internal operations team, shippers, and local applicators Successful Territory Managers demonstrate Good communication and problem-solving skillsA team-orientationPersonal reliability and self-motivationThe ability to thrive in a fast-moving, evolving organization Knowledge of agriculture, plus at least three years of sales experience is required. Certified Crop Advisor status is desirable, but may be obtained while employed. The opportunities for advancement are exceptional for successful candidates. The Territory Manager position will involve some overnight travel and frequent day travel within the assigned territory.
