This will be accomplished by developing relationships with growers and retailers in the identified geography; positioning Syngenta products effectively and contributing to development and expansion of the program.Critical success factors & key challengesEstablishing or building customer relationships, moving towards a more integrated offer model Skills:
Knowledge, experience & capabilities
Broad knowledge of Syngentas product portfolio and corresponding crop market
Ability to recognize competitive activities in the marketplace and respond effectively to minimize impact without compromising profitability targets
General sales, marketing and technical skills; knowledge of agricultural market; knowledge of customers and distribution channels; agronomic and crop marketing expertise
This position requires a Bachelors degree, preferably in an agricultural-related field
The candidate must have experience in sales, marketing, and/or customer relations
The candidate must demonstrate leadership, innovative thinking, and calculated risk-taking
