COMPANY: Wabash Valley Service CompanySUPERVISOR: Dmitri KrajecLOCATION: Grayville, IL PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT Assists with the development and implementation of promotion and marketing plan(s) and is responsible for the management of sales and marketing information. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Design and produce marketing materials including but not limited to: pamphlets, brochures, product booklets. Maintain, address, and update Social Media sites on behalf of the company with promotional information, job postings, alerts, programs and campaigns. Works in conjunction with Product Managers, Marketing/Research Coordinators, Area Managers, and Salespeople to coordinate production of advertisements and promotions. Gather and maintain targeted mailing list for all segments of the company. Maintain and update the company website to consistently provide updated products and services. Maintains Master Calendar of sales events, program dates and meetings Directs research activities concerned with gathering information or with compilation of statistics pertinent to planning and execution of sales promotion campaigns. Monitors and analyzes sales promotion results to determine cost effectiveness of promotion and marketing programs. Provides regular and requested reports from the Marketing Information System for Beyond Boundaries and ASP goals. Reviews and obtains approval of advertisements with individual in charge of campaign prior to release. Directs advertising supplier in developing and producing advertisements. Directs preparation of special promotional features and events. Represents employer during community projects and at public, social, and business gatherings. OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS Attend required meetings and training Occasionally may be asked to drive and run local errands as requested. **Performs all other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS Normally requires a Bachelor s Degree in a business-related field, or the equivalent thereof, and 2-5 years or more of office related work experience to demonstrate advanced knowledge of professional communication skills, typing proficiency and Microsoft Office programs. Must have and maintain a valid driver s license and satisfactory driving record.
