DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Promote and coordinate the sales of fertilizer, crop nutrient products, crop protection products, seed and seed treatments to maximize yield. * Implement marketing and sales plans; establish and meet sales goals; and network with industry representatives to expand sales opportunities. * Examine fields for yield, quality, and resistance to diseases and pests. * Work with growers to discover best methods of planting, cultivation and harvest * Scout fields and develop methods for control of weeds, crop diseases, and pests. * Follow and comply with all company policies including safety and regulatory. EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCEBachelor”s degree from four-year college or university in Agriculture field; or an Associate”s Degree in Ag field from a two year program; one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
