You will own your own work and find innovative ways to deliver on our vision of feeding the world responsibly while working along beside 15,000 people around the globe who care about you.This role will work closely with the Data Management Lead, Data Management SA to define data quality rules and ensure the proper implementation of data quality during the creation and modification of data, according to defined standards, guidelines, metrics and quality expectations. Defines rules to evaluate data quality. Ensures accuracy, completeness, integrity, consistency, uniqueness, and timeliness of data. Executes Enterprise Data and Analytics data quality tests/assessments and data cleansing activities. Monitors quality of Enterprise Data.Key Tasks:- Conduct trending and analysis to identify data patterns and quality inconsistencies. – Create, monitor and maintain Data Quality dashboard/website, address inquiries and provide customer feedback. – Assess data quality metrics based on customer requirements to determine data quality hot points for special projects. – Perform ad-hoc data quality analysis based on identified quality issues and work with Data Management SA to development a resolution plan.- Provide data quality forecasting data and requirements to address requirements for future capability/system deliveries. – Assist in the creation and maintenance of Agriums Metadata Repository- Work with Data Management Lead to create the COE for Agriums Business Glossary.- Leverage knowledge to implement controls to mitigate data quality risks including monitoring data quality results, reports and dashboards. Ensure adherence to enterprise data quality programs and standards.
