The Digital Enablement Analyst will be responsible for the process of onboarding suppliers to the Ariba Network as well as driving the development of SAP Ariba catalogs, and digitizing negotiated contracts to ensure full value realization of our indirect procurement strategy. The selected candidate for this role will work closely with a team of technical and functional resources to ensure system and supplier functionality is tested and enhanced as required; additionally, the Digital Enablement Analyst will communicate with the Retail and Wholesale’s indirect procurement team to align and imbed the digital enablement strategy into our procurement initiatives.This role will also be responsible assisting in the implementation and adoption of the full Center of Excellence tool kit across the business. What you will do: Supplier analytics, communication, engagement with the indirect supplier community, the business units and internal stakeholders Develop effective communications both internally and externally to the supplier community, develop and coordinate supplier information including analytics and trainingRespond to Supplier issues and questions relating to the onboarding process and assist in resolving issues between the Supplier and the Ariba Network post deploymentLead the development and deployment of supplier catalogs for end user consumption on the Ariba platformCoordinate appropriate testing to ensure supplier connection to the Ariba Network is established according to plan, catalogs are set up correctly and the electronic transmission of POs and invoices are flowing through the network appropriatelyNetwork with industry professionals to identify best practices and benchmark performance to ensure processes and systems are optimizedDrive continuous, incremental and where possible, step-change improvement to achieve leading edge performance around the Procure-to-pay processSupport the development and implementation of a P2P KPI dashboard to measure progress toward the strategic visionWhat you will bring:The candidate should have 5+ years in relevant progressive industry experience in a business analyst role or system/process design and implementation experience; with a demonstrated understanding of the source to pay process for indirect materials.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related fieldExpert level experience with SAP, Oracle, SAP Ariba or equivalent ERP and eProcurement platformsExperience in supply chain management, including procurement, multi-phase sourcing efforts, supplier relationship management, with ability to identify, develop, propose, and implement process change;Ariba platform experience highly preferred Experience with a large-scale ERP implementation project an assetAbility to analyze issues with business documents (Contracts, Purchase Orders, Requisitions, Invoices)Ability to analyze and determine solutions to problems that arise with supply chain business processesAbility to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines Should be able to work with multiple departments and all levels of managementStrong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Strong analytical skills Attention to detailEnthusiasm and positive energy to succeed Are you a good match?
