POSITION:Applicator / Agronomy Sales TraineeCOMPANY PROFILE:?Constantly growing and showing success year after year and exceeding in multiple departments of the facility, our client is seeking to add an Applicator/Agronomy Sales Trainee to assist at their facility in the Green Bay, WI area.?WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS YOU:?$45,000 – +Sales bonuses.Paid cell and iPad.Benefits Package.If you are ready to start your career today with a great company, here is your chance as advancement opportunities are available.?THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:On a day-to-day basis you will operate the equipment of the facility.Sell, blend, deliver and apply crop protection products.Soil testing.Provide outstanding customer service and make recommendations to local growers to get the maximum out of their fields.Measure and weigh all materials and ingredients, then add to mixer in the designated order.Record data from operations and log proper documentation.As a sales trainee you will learn the steps to becoming a top-notch Sales Agronomist.Assist with inventory.Meet with growers and walk-in customers.COMMUNITY:?Green Bay is commonly known for football, but it s all the hidden treasures that make the Greater Green Bay a special place to visit or call home.
