Architecture and Enterprise Information Management
CHS has an exciting opportunity in our Information Technology group. We are looking for a leader of Architecture and Enterprise Information Management to create a comprehensive architecture and data strategy for the enterprise along with providing strategic leadership for the master data management enterprise information council. You will:Leads the development of an enterprise-wide data strategy.Collaborates with Senior Leaders to implement the approved data strategy; establishes the strategic direction for building the organization?s data management program and optimizing how data us utilized.As leader of the Enterprise Information Management Council, establishes cross-functional data governance and supports adoption and adherence to data quality and process governance across the enterprise.Encourages and supports enterprise data sharing and collaboration.Leads in the collection and review of data from varied legacy systems; makes recommendations for modernizing legacy systems and assures new solutions provide timely, useful and clean data.Provide Enterprise Analytics Leadership.Builds a business intelligence capability and promotes the enterprise-wide use of data to drive decisions and organizational transformation activities.Enables the adoption of new data analytics and analysis techniques. Reviews existing systems and operating procedures to identify trends, cost reductions and identify ways to increase operational efficiency.Provide Enterprise Architecture Leadership.Define and lead a robust enterprise architecture for building new applications and releases, leveraging and enhancing existing building blocks, or creating new reusable components.Understand the long-term business objectives and suggest technical strategies to meet those objectives by introducing innovation through technology.Basic Qualifications: (required)Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Management Information Systems, Statistics, Analytics or equivalent10+ years of experience in application development, data management, analytics, enterprise architecture or related function, including creating partnerships, implementing data governance, and understanding the underlying technologies needed to enable data innovation across a large organizationStrategic perspectiveDemonstrated ability to influence across the enterpriseAbility to promote collaboration by unifying teams, setting common goals and incentivizing collaborative behavior.Demonstrated success in establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with others, both internally and externally, to achieve the goals of the organization.Strong ability to build credibility, organize effectively, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly.Demonstrated agility and ability to navigate complex environments.Preferred Qualifications: (desired)MBA/Master?s degreeApply for this job.
