Area Sales Manager
A well respected and nationally known agronomy and seed company is looking for an experienced sales person to cover a territory in southeast Kansas. They are looking for an individual with experience managing a territory and consulting with customers in an Ag related setting. Preferably experience with selling seed or crop protection. This is a company that has a strong history of promoting from within, so it serves as a great spot for someone looking to eventually advance their career.
Sales Manager Duties: * Promote the sales of related products
* Maintain and obtain quality relationships with current and new producers
* Give recommendations
* Work with a sales team to develop and meet goals
Sales Manager Requirements: * Bachelors Degree in agronomy or related field
* 2 or more years of experience in a Ag related sales position
* Knowledge in soil, nutrients, water, crops, and pests * Good communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
