Area Sales Manager III
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The territory for this role includes: Arkansas, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Louisiana and western Tennessee.
The primary responsibilities of this role, Area Sales Manager III, are to:
Build & Maintain relationship with the distribution network in the area. Drive the external sales force (e.g. DSR) to create value for Bayer range of product, create and monitor KPI to focus efforts on Bayers priorities;
Provide and implement distribution account management tools, forecasting systems, inventory reporting and trade marketing plans to distribution accounts in the area. Assure that accurate monthly business forecasts are provided for the assigned distributor accounts;
Create and present the product line review to the customers and end users in the area;
Provide high level of technical product training and support to the key customers and end users technical directors and managers;
Implement the national & regional sales policies;
Create demand at the end user level. Analyze end user area sales monthly and propose market share development plans to management on a quarterly basis;
Report market evolution and competitor activities monthly;
Manage expense budget.

B.S. with minimum of 7 + years of relevant industry experience;
Non degreed 10 years of relevant industry experience;
Excellent presentation and selling skills, including use of support software;
High capacity to define priorities and to allocate his/her time resources;
Excellent technical knowledge;
Strong knowledge of the category management principles;
Ability to manage execution of all channel programs and marketing concepts;
Precise and concise reporting.
