Position Summary:The Artco Admin and Process Manager will handle Artco administrative issues and transactional processes and work with the Commercial team on day to day functions of the team. This Manager will work closely with the Artco team to drive overall process improvement. Responsibilities:
Contract entry for Artco barge freightAssist Artco team in fielding incoming calls and finding answers for customersProvide excellent customer service, including barge and boat positions and general business communicationsProcess mapping and process improvement for Artco operations including, but not limited to, barge freight and stevedoringResponsible for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payables transactions as neededOversee the barge freight settlement team on transactions and resolution of issuesSupport Agris functions within the Artco business and drive continued process improvement related to this systemAnalyze Artco transactional accounting and provide recommendations for process improvementEffective communication with the Artco commercial and operations teamWork closely with the details related to contracts, bill of ladings, re-consignments, daily Artco positions and transactional accountingAbility to back up dispatch functions within the Artco team Position Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree in accounting, finance, or business related field, with a minimum of 5 years business related experience.Competent in Microsoft Office SuiteGrain, co-product, barge, and vessel settlement knowledge a plusKnowledge of Artco systems a plusKnowledge of ADM business unitsDetail oriented and continuous learnerAbility to work independently as well as in a team environmentShown capacity to excel within a dynamic work environmentAbility to assess processes and drive process improvementStrong social and communications skillsAbility to work various work hours and minimal travel may be requiredRelocation assistance is available with this position.
