CHS has an exciting opportunity in our Cenex Zip Trip group. We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to assist the manager in the responsibility of all aspects of the store operations. You must have excellent customer service and communication skills. You will:Ensure an excellent level of customer service and store standards are maintained.Perform shift and daily paper work, ordering, vendor relations and conduct banking functions.Assist with the hiring, supervising, scheduling and working with the staff to accomplish daily tasks as well as provide continued training and documentation of incidents as necessary.Cultivate and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.Basic Qualifications: (required)High school diploma or GED2 plus years of retail experiencePreferred Qualifications: (desired)Retail management experienceApply for this job.
