Assoc HR Generalist
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring personnel for the various shifts; maintaining accurate records and ensuring complete documentation; interpreting and administering policies in a fair and consistent manner; managing the Team Member retention program; compiling information regarding the plant's Affirmative Action plan; representing Tyson at Unemployment Appeal hearings; posting and gathering bid information; tracking applicant flowto ensure the plant is in adherence with Affirmative Action standards; supervising shift human resources clerk; performing other responsibilities as the need arises. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.Experience: 1 plus year experience. Computer Skills: Basic computer skills. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Supervisory: Supervise a group of personnel in a single department or work unit who perform similar and/or interrelated tasks and activities.
