Associate Customer Service
SUMMARY: Reporting to the Manager, Customer Service, and this position will be responsible for the day-to-day EDI management for both retail and foodservice prepared foods and frozen poultry businesses, new hire customer service business process and system training for EDI and iTrade order management, Manage the iTrade order management and error resolution process, business communication, SAP and iTrade system maintenance and supporting the customer service organization in delivering service excellence to our Tyson customers.Responsible for the management of day-to-day EDI transactions and working with the trading partner community to facilitate all transactions in the SAP order to cash processes; Collaborates with sales operations, sales, product managers, customer service, demand and supply planning to resolve problems, facilitate solutions and drive efficiencies; delivers process training and communication on EDI execution to customer service; Collaborates with the IS EDI and outside customers, trading partners & brokers to setup new EDI transactions and accounts, including the setup of new sold to and ship to information for the customer in SAP; Collaborates with customer service to evaluate and resolve all EDI failures and issues; Maintain SAP tables for all customers that submit orders via EDI, including collaboration with the customer and the customer service team; Manage iTrade processes and error resolution, including collaboration with iTrade support and the customer service team; Manage and maintain the Tyson product catalog in iTrade.REQUIREMENTS:Education: BS or BA degree preferred (subject areas include Logistics, Operations Management or related field preferred)Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in supply chain or collaborative logistics and minimum 2 years of experience in customer collaboration, sales/marketing, logistics, manufacturing, continuous improvement or closely related function preferred. Consumer packaged goods industry experience preferred. Internal Tyson Supply Chain experience preferred.
