Associate Director, Staff Functions – Total Rewards Compensation
SUMMARY: Deliver on Tyson's unique TEAM Member value proposition, including integrated design, communication and delivery of total rewards (including compensation, benefits, and recognition), to accelerate client growth and meeting of business objectives. Lead compensation and recognition (and partner with the Global Benefits CoE on benefits) strategy and operationalization for clients to optimize business impact. Reports to Sr Director Total Rewards, Global BUs and Staff Functions and directly leads one rewards professional. Client groups include all global support functions. The primary duties for this position are: Provide Total Rewards consulting to dynamic client groups and use optimal rewards solutions to drive business growth. These client groups include: All Operation Services (i.e. all groups that support Tyson Foods vast Operations such as Distribution, Health & Safety, Aviation and Environmental Compliance) All other Staff Functions (e.g. Finance & Accounting, HR, Legal, Corporate Affairs). The primary focus is on compensation consulting (e.g. offers, restructuring, proactive data driven compensation planning); Advocate and counselor for Total Rewards strategies and TEAM Member value proposition realization to accelerate the business; Serve as single point of contact for client groups on Total Rewards matters, involving other Total Rewards and non-rewards CoEs as appropriate; Partner in development of company-wide Total Rewards strategy and pair with business needs and other HR strategies to develop business specific rewards strategies; Lead one rewards professional. Support Total Rewards Processes: Periodic review of compensation structurefor businesses (job families, pay ranges, competitiveness); Ensure compliance (e.g. FLSA) Year-End and other periodic compensation processes TEAM Behaviors: Caring / Candor / Creativity / Collaboration / Commitment TEAM Values: Integrity /Resilience / Humility REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree required Experience: 8+ years of progressive compensation experience. Compensation consulting experience (external consultant experience a plus); Project management experience; Benefits and recognition experience a plus.
