Your passion for performance can fuel your life’s best work.(sm) Primary Responsibilities: Analyze, review, forecast, and trend complex data Review the analysis and interpretation of others work Oversee ad-hoc client and operational reports developed and presented by others Present analysis and interpretation for operational and business review and planning Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities through analysis Develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes Analyze inventory levels, production speed, and product demand to determine the required amount of staff to ensure service levels are met for all lines of business and departments Determine the best metrics to use to provide the most accurate representation of the forecast Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Perform a variety of tasks Ability to conduct trend analysis and determine FTE impacts for all process changes Ability to analyze a variety of financial data for the purpose of providing direction and support, making recommendations, maximizing funds, and/or ensuring overall operations are in budget Conduct internal audits to ensure staffing and business processes are aligned within the required financial goals of the organization and/or department Monitor actual staffing results with performance to determine if additional adjustments to the staffing models are required Prepare monthly executive summaries and conduct monthly staffing reviews with all business leads to ensure alignment of business goals are being metApply for this job.
