Associate Diversity Trainer
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for assisting new and existing Team Members in becoming familiar with Tyson and accessing community services (housing, schools, medical services, social services, etc.) as needed; act as mediator whenrequired with these agencies; provide interpreter and translator services as needed; act as liaison between community and the facility and represent the company in a positive manner with community leaders; assist in training Fresh Meats operations management with assimilation of culturally diverse team members / recruits; assist in Human Resources duties as required by HR Manager. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor's degree in HR or Public Relations preferred. Experience: 2 +years' experience with Tyson's public relations or equivalent, or social service experience. Computer Skills: Proficient use in Word and Excel; must have ability to learn SAP.
