Our worldwide headquarters and research facilities are in Greenfield, Indiana.Responsibilities:Inspection Readiness & Supplier Management role will focus on rolling out Inspection Readiness & Supplier Management initiatives across the Elanco IT organization. The role will be responsible for development, training, and ensuring compliance to the initiatives that are rolled out.Inspection Readiness:Consults with CSQA & IT Quality organizations to lead initiatives associated with preparing the Global Elanco IT Organization for inspections/auditsDevelop process and documentation associated with inspection readiness activitiesTrain organization on requirements for compliance with processProvide coordination/reporting of audit support activities as the SPOC to ensure compliance to applicable standardsSupplier Management:Consults with IT COE, IT Quality, and the Lilly GSMO organizations to lead initiatives associated with managing Elanco IT suppliersDevelop process and documentation associated with supplier management activitiesTrain organization on requirements for compliance with processProvide coordination/reporting of supplier management activities to ensure compliance to applicable standards?Deliver Projects, Programs, and Support:Ensures system owners, system custodians, and project team members are knowledgeable of and engaged in fulfilling their responsibilities in defining, producing, approving deliverablesUnderstand customer, company, and Quality prioritiesProvides leadership and guidance in driving activities to ensure that IT validation deliverables and other release commitments are completed per the project schedule.Eliminate non-value added activities in order to focus on activities which continuously improve assurance of quality.Identify opportunity for streamlining and simplificationGrow Capabilities and Knowledge:?Share lessons learned and best practices with othersAct as an engaged team memberBasic Qualifications:?? ?Bachelor degree3 years experience managing systems in a regulated environmentQualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
