Associate Mailroom Administrator
Process incoming USPS/UPS/FedEx. Deliver incoming packages/mail. Collect all outgoing mail. Perform desk drops. Make coffee (daily) on all floors throughout the day. Make sure the kitchens are stocked with cups, paper towels, sugar, creamer, stirrers. Set up conference rooms for meetings in 4 configurable conference rooms and the annex (this would be setting up tables, chairs, flip charts only). Check each conference room for supplies (remote, markers, etc.) when the rooms are available. Clean IDEA walls in conference rooms and backyards. Reception back up for lunch and breaks (only 1 person would be assigned this responsibility). Setting up and taking down table for FOODA. Move crates for people who move to a new location. Notifies Facilities of any missing electrical buttons in the conference rooms, etc. Stock copy paper in each copy room. Toner change for the HP machines in each copy room. Other duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTS:EDUCATION: High school diploma, vocational school, or equivalent experience.Experience: No previous experience is needed.Computer Skills: Elementary computer skills such as checking electronic mail; entering data into documents using templates developed by someone else; or creating simple queries
and typing at least 40 wpm.SPECIAL SKILLS (if applicable): Work activities are variable and require judgment to complete tasks such as setting priorities, evaluating results and coordinating with others.
