If you are ready to join an organization with the energy and excitement of a start-up, with a track record of one of the world?s largest and most successful biotechnology companies, and implementing a fast-growing, multidisciplinary Knowledge Management approach to achieving organizational objectives we invite you to apply for the following opportunity at our DuPont Experimental Station location in Wilmington DE:The Product Stewardship and Regulatory (PS&R) Knowledge Management (KM) & Documentation Associate Manager/Manager will support the IB PS&R function with the implementation and maintenance of PS&R knowledge management & documentation processes to meet internal & external global business and country regulatory needs & requirements. Responsibilities: Lead team (PS&R and IT) to implement and maintain software systems for knowledge management, including but not limited to: documentation management, dossier publishing, and registration management for product approvals and for management of compliance status.Provide KM and Project Management expertise to the IB PS&R team, and support the growth of the KM tool suite across DuPont Industrial Biosciences (IB) through partnerships and collaboration with IT and other business functions.Manage KM Analyst, including providing mentorship and guidance, project direction to support PS&R team in KM process and tool implementation and utilization. Provide guidance on the development of standardized product dossiers (master files) and related documents suitable for elaboration in application-specific / country specific registration dossiers.General guidance to PS&R, IB businesses and R&D teams regarding access to and documentation requirements for commercialization of new products and management of change. Engage with PS&R, IT and other Function leadership to help facilitate the adoption of and continuous improvement of KM initiatives, including tools, processes and people-related components, with an emphasis on change management.Maintain centralized metadata supporting KM tools and processes and archives of standard product & process documentation such as specifications, manufacture diagrams, application description, enzyme activity/inactivation profiles, establishing and maintaining processes, as needed.Oversee the maintenance of common product support documentation such as study reports, safety assessments, GRAS status, allergen information, with version control.Develop and provide training on IB Regulatory knowledge management & documentation processes including compliance with DuPont?s global internal policies, document naming conventions and versioning standards.Develop, maintain, upgrade, oversee access to and help foster the broader use of guidance documents and knowledge management collaboration tools such as SharePoint libraries, PowerApps, Power BI, forms and workflows by the PS&R team and our internal business partnersManage the IB PS&R SharePoint site collections, including development of new forms, management of site administration and other tasks as needed Qualifications:QualificationsMinimum 5-7 years of related experienceBachelor?s degree in Knowledge Management, IT, Library Science or related fields Training or experience in Biotech, Life or Chemical sciences a plus 3+ years of project management experience, preferably dealing with software implementationsAbility to influence diverse, multi-functional, cross geographic teams and networks. Ability to organize and manage multiple processes / databases and complete multiple tasks to meet deadlines. Demonstrated skills in communications, networking, and interpersonal relationshipsAbility as a Self-starter, willingness to take initiative, and yet strong attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to think broadly concerning documentation compliance across the whole of a business and its product lines. Experience operating in a Documentation Management system and the ability to understand how a document management system can be implemented & audited.Proficiency in SharePoint and other Microsoft Office 365 tools and demonstrated ability to rapidly master new applications.Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), the ability to manage and navigate relational databases and other content management toolsExcellent keyboarding skills, manual dexterity, and language (writing) skills.Fluency in English required, foreign language ability preferred.Knowledge management and/or document management certification(s) (e.g. Certified Knowledge Manager, CKM) preferred. #LI-TG1Apply for this job.
