Tarrytown, NYWhere the Chemistry HappensWe are seeking aprofessional like you to join BASF?s Formulation Research group located inTarrytown, NY. This group is anintegral part of BASF?s Advanced Materials and Systems Research, closelyinteracting with different BASF research groups and businesses on a globallevel. In addition, the team maintains and supports numerous collaborationswith non-BASF partners, including universities and other organizations. Formula for Success Leveraging your
education in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline,
you will develop novel proof-of-concept type formulations for industrial
related applications. Working on highly
interdisciplinary project teams with defined targets and milestones, you
will perform crucial tasks including, but not limited to, maintaining
laboratory documentation in accordance to required scientific, regulatory,
and intellectual property requirements, writing reports, and preparing and
communicating with presentations. Your understanding
of general biology, general chemistry, and organic chemistry, combined
with your hands-on experience with laboratory methods and analytical
instrumentation, will be a valued asset as you assist lab technologists
working on/with formulations, microbiology, microfluidic technology, or
encapsulation. Your strong entrepreneurial drive will
be a plus as you continually develop skillsets for new technologies and
