Benefit Sales Account Executive
CHS has an exciting opportunity in our CHS Insurance division. We are looking for a Benefit Sales Account Executive.
You will office from you home and travel throughout the Upper Midwest territory. You must be a self-starter with excellent communications skills and the experience to profitably maintain and grow a territory. You Will: Work directly with owners, CEO?s, CFO?s, managers, directors, and key personnel, recommending coverage and insurance carriers that best cover their risks. Meet and exceed sales goals (overall and carrier specific) set by the company.
Establish and maintain relationships with all carriers, support staff and other CHS business units.
Manage the timely and professional output of all proposal requests. Make presentations to Board of Directors and key management personnel.
Develop sales and marketing plans.Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in territory through recruiting new accounts, rounding out existing accounts, and providing HR services. Basic Qualifications (required):Associate?s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Ag related program4 plus years of Sales experience involving cold calling, selling, and negotiating health and benefits coverageUnderstanding of carrier products and disciplinesKnowledge of health and benefits insurance marketplace
Preferred Qualifications (desired):Bachelor?s year degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Ag related program Insurance sales experience in an assigned territoryAgri-business, energy and food processing insurance/risk management experience
