An individual in this role will be expected to support the Talent Acquisition team, as well as all areas of the business, with multiple recruiting, interpretation, and translation projects; partnering effectively with managers to ensure an adequate level of talent is available while supporting communication with Spanish-speaking employees. A high level of self-motivation and proven ability to achieve results on a regular basis is required for success in this role. Ability to network effectively both inside and outside of the organization is essential. ?There must also be a high level of focus on the compliance of company policy and procedures which govern the hiring and recording of applicants and candidate selection.This position will be located in Sleepy Eye, MN with some travel to meet the objectives as needed.Major Areas of Responsibility:Lifecycle Recruitment:Supports Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist with international recruiting activities.Supports other talent acquisition specialists and consultants with their recruiting activities.May have direct responsibility and ownership for entry level recruiting across a small territory and/or department.Review applicant credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements and organizational fit.Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.Maintain current knowledge and be compliant with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws.Pre-screens applicants for qualifications and forwards applications that meet the minimum qualifications to appropriate hiring manager for review.Maintain and input respective applicant records into the current Applicant Tracking system.Organizes relocation accommodations, transportation (when applicable), new hire paper work and orientation for new hires.Utilize internal recruitment reports to monitor applicant volume and impact other recruitment activity.Manages the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates, other talent acquisition team members and hiring managers.Ensures offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring manager and within the documented guidelines.Coordinates all communication with candidates, timely and professionally.Interpretation:Supports all areas of the business by providing interpretation of phone calls, meetings, training sessions and other events as neededTranslation: ? ?Supports all areas of the business by providing translation of company documents, such as Memoranda, policy documents, training resources, and other documents as needed.?Front Desk:Supports receptionist in all duties by participating in front desk rotation in order to cover time off and lunchEducation, Training and Experience Requirements:Minimum formal education required: Associates Degree or 2 years' experience in a professional settingSpecialized Training:?Qualified Interpreter or Professional Interpreter Certificate preferred but not required.?Additional skills required:Must have judgment to handle sensitive, confidential information.Must have great attentiveness and desire to learn.Ability to work with a variety of people.Strong communication skills, both written and oral.Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and be self-motivated.Apply for this job.
