Research Triangle Park, NC Where the Chemistry Happens We are seeking a professional like you to join BASF?s Computational Chemistry & Bioinformatics group within the global Digitalization in Research and Development function at our site in Research Triangle Park, NC. As part of an enthusiastic global team of digital experts, you will support BASF?s worldwide Bioscience Research activities with a focus on crop and microbial bioinformatics. Individuals with a PhD in Bioinformatics OR relevant education and experience are encouraged to apply. Formula for Success Leveraging your extensive educational and professional background in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related field, you will develop, apply, and evaluate new computational solutions to manage workflow automation, data curation, and application development.As a motivational people leader, you will manage, coach, and develop your team while providing hands-on scientific project support by directly analyzing genome, metagenome, proteome, transcriptome, and various other datasets for in-depth mining and interpretation.
