SUMMARYThe Board and Investor Relations Administrator is a unique role offering a rewarding experience to lead initiatives and become highly respected and relied upon inside South Dakota?s largest company as this person?s business and process views help drive the department forward. The Board and Investor Relations Administrator performs a wide variety of highly complex and confidential tasks for the Director of Investor Relations and supporting staff as necessary. This role is the initial contact for many investors and board members so professionalism and customer service must be exhibited at all times. Responsibilities include interacting directly with board members, organizing board meeting agendas, fielding investor calls and requests, supporting unit transfer requests, central point of contact for document retention, conducting research, coordinating projects, online portal administration, and preparing and distributing reports. This position requires a high degree of attention to detail, internal/external customer service, written and verbal communication, a sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES To perform the essential functions of this position successfully, an individual should be able to demonstrate and provide the following:High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor?s or Associate?s degree in a related field strongly preferred; previous paralegal experience a plus.4+ year?s previous experience in a customer facing role or legal support role.A natural curiosity with an understanding of customer service, empathy, and a desire to achieve.Ability to perform research, create reports and presentations. Outstanding analytical competency applied in business disputes.
