Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC, a national agricultural-chemical company, has an immediate opening for a Branch Manager at our West Bend Branch. JOB REQUIREMENTS1. Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university and five years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.2. Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills3. Excellent organizational skills4. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time5. Ability to work well with others6. Ability to handle confidential information7. Working knowledge of federal and state regulations (OSHA, DOT, etc.) JOB DUTIES1. Develops/implements selling activities to customers in marketing territory to achieve maximum sales and profitability.2. Develops/implements operational procedures for efficient distribution of all product lines in compliance with Helena Agri-Enterprises LLC safety & environmental guidelines.3. Sells products which are profitable for the company, including both Helena & basic supplier products which require visiting customers & vendors at their places of business.4. Recognizes changes in market resulting from environmental, economic, or competitive conditions & develops sales strategies to meet those changes to remain at top or increase sales penetration.5. Places special emphasis on & being committed to the sale of Helena proprietary products.6. Assigns duties to location personnel, evaluates performance of location personnel, & motivates/trains personnel to assure maximum utilization of location staff.7. Updates knowledge & skills to meet needs of a changing customer & product mix. Effectively resolves customer complaints; application & service problems; distribution; inventory needs & control; & personnel issues.8. Maintains credit information on all customers, administers approved credit policy of Helena consistently, and collection of receivables in a timely manner.9. Assures that company image is developed & maintained favorably with customers & suppliers.10. Implements location sales plan in regard to products promoted, customer pricing, sales strategy, market development, volume increases, new customer contacts, & approved credit policy.11. Supports/assists Area and Division management in any other functions as may be deemed important & necessary for location or division operation.12. Other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.13. Regular & reliable attendance is required.
