We are seeking a demonstrated marketing expert to join a winning team to lead and drive the successful management of our Specialty Instrument diagnostic instrument portfolio with responsibility for all elements of the marketing mix and support of the global product management teams for our Instrument portfolio. The Brand Manager, Diagnostics will be responsible for defining strategy, planning, forecasting, determining US product development needs, and ultimately be accountable for P&L results for the Zoetis Diagnostics Specialty Instrument portfolio. This individual will lead our marketing efforts for these products in both the direct professional channel and distribution. Position reports into the US Director of Marketing, Diagnostics Duties and Responsibilities: Strategic planning and tactical excitation of marketing and annual operational plans to achieve budget. Support all sales channels to the market, developing pricing and promotions Develop, implement and measure effective CRM and DTC programs that educate the veterinarian and drive clinic demand leading to overall market growth and increased product usage. Support product development as part of the Global Product management team Manage all communications from customers, territory managers, area sales managers, and senior management on assigned products. Work across species business units to achieve goals. Direct and maintain ongoing relationships with agencies and consultants. Develop a strong knowledge of competitive landscape and customer insights including managing all competitive intelligence. Provide reports, feedback and manage communications to appropriate Zoetis senior management. Manage US product forecasts for assigned portfolio. QUALIFICATIONS: * Education: Bachelor”s required, MBA preferred or equivalent work experience * Minimum of 4-7 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably animal health/Diagnostics, with a history of demonstrated success in delivering business results in innovative and rapidly changing environment. * Demonstrated success with product development and launching instrument systems. * Demonstrated analytical and business metric skills * Excellent understanding of science-based veterinary marketing and customer needs.Apply for this job.
