Brownfield National Account Executive
POSITION PROFILEWe are seeking a National Sales Representative to have overall account responsibility for growing the revenue for the Brownfield Agriculture Network. The candidate will be responsible for targeting large regional and national companies, and work to penetrate these accounts at C-level or necessary decision levels with a strategic sales methodology.In this consultative sales role, the National Sales Representative will look for opportunities to present Learfield s full complement of products and services. As such, you will pinpoint key initiatives and understand market strategy for these accounts. The focus will be new business development and cultivating new relationships.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Blueprinting and researching all assigned accounts· Developing, maintaining, and growing customer relationships at the executive level and decision support levels· Promoting and selling the Brownfield portfolio to the executive level· Setting short and long-term strategic account direction, aligned with customer needs and goals.· Working as needed with the supporting sales teams· Accurately forecasting and achieving sales results for both the short and long term that meet company objectives.QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience and Certifications) · Bachelor's degree or related work experience.· 5+ years of sales experience with a proven successful track record, ideally with agriculture media background.National Sales Experience recommended· Superior knowledge of sales techniques including cold-calling, networking, lead generation, all with the ability to capture and close the deal.Learfield Communications offers a lucrative compensation package that includes base salary, medical/dental, 401(k) and more.
