Previous experience in food production and CPG is highly desirable. The Mission and PositionTo support the sales business unit drive to accomplish their mission through tracking, reporting, and coordinating on-time communication of business unit stepping-stones, as well as provide administrative support in the form of customer/sales analysis, reporting and administrative support as requested.Responsibilities and ActivitiesCollect, compile, and distribute periodic performance reporting to sales and customer service colleagues.Provide routine and ad-hoc customer reporting including:Customer Contract Reconciliation reportsCustomer Product Allocation reportsRebate SummariesNatural Gas ReconciliationsSpecial Requests (i.e. pricing history, compliant history, movement history, etc.)Power point presentations for customer visitsProvide routine and ad-hoc sales reporting including:Sales Movement against ForecastSales DashboardUpdate Pack Plan with Actual MovementCustomer Aging & Foreign Aging reportsWeekly Sales Reports (shipping service level, paste & diced movement, invoice detail)Update Pricing and Product Request TablesUpdate and Maintain Internal Strategies ReportCoordinate and track all sales communication and marketing toolsMaintain inventory, distribute and track brochures, newsletters, books, etc.Order promotional materialsBook travel and customer entertainment as needed.Calculate payment amounts for outside brokers, and provide reporting and documentation to accounts payableMaintain and manage the Customer Relationship Database (Sales Force). Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) experience is required. Knowledge of general sales processes is preferred, and specific experience in sales analysis is a plus.
