BusinessDevelopment Manager, ProbioticsGlobal Commercial Lead ? Food & Beverage, Infant Formula,Petfood & New SegmentsIn this position, the successful candidate will develop and drive thestrategy to grow our Probiotics business in Food & Beverage, Infant Formula,Petfood & New Segments. The Commercial Lead will become part of the Global BusinessDevelopment Team and work closely with a cross-functional team to establishcompetitive value propositions for the assigned business segments. The role will drive a pipeline of internal NPD projects (PCF) andexternal partnership opportunities to expand the Probiotics offering for Food& Beverage, Infant Formula and Petfood. A strong solution-focus is expectedto bring complementary H&N ingredients into play. A key component of thisrole is to research prospective technology in targeted markets, pursue leads,manage relationships with technology owners, and assess value to supportsuccessful agreements. Further the Commercial Lead will develop and present businessplans to enter new adjacent market spaces such as Personal Care incl. strategicpartnership options. The Commercial Lead will also support the BU interest in emergingmarkets, aiding in relationship development with key growth accounts in foodand beverage, pet food/pet supplements, and personal care area to identify newprospects within probiotic application and gather VOC for newstrains/technology. Qualifications:Requiredcapabilities:Degree in science or business required, MBApreferably.5+ years of experience within businessdevelopment, innovation, marketing or product management 3+ years of experience from Food &Beverages, Health & Nutrition or Life-Science industries Track record of successfully drivinginnovation projects including external partnershipsStrategic mindset and strong business acumenincl. negotiation skillsExperience with Prebiotics or Microbiomesolutions a nice to haveApply for this job.
